Private Classes

Exclusive or private classes, presented just to students in your organization, provide opportunities for your team to discuss objectives and practices specific to your environment as they learn to deploy and use Quest products. Private classes are often the most cost-effective choice for student groups of five or more. Content can also be customized to meet your unique audience, environment, and scheduling requirements. The classes can be delivered in a number of ways: At your location using either your equipment or our Mobile Classroom At one of our training facilities around the world Via the Quest Virtual Classroom  which keeps travel costs to a minimum and accommodates a geographically dispersed audience

At Your Facility

• You use your own classrooms and equipment
• You pay travel and living expenses of Quest instructor
• Class is limited to 12 students unless otherwise stated

At a Quest Facility

• You use classrooms and equipment at a Quest facility
• You are responsible for your own travel and living expenses, if applicable

Via the Quest Virtual Classroom

• Classes are delivered live via web and phone conferencing 
• You must have high-speed internet connection and be able to call toll-free numbers
• You connect to the Virtual Classroom individually from your location and/or as a group in a training room 
• Equipment required for hands-on labs is provided by Quest and is accessed using web conferencing technology 
• Class is limited to eight students unless stated otherwise.

Payment Options

You can purchase private courses with an existing statement of work, purchase order or credit card.  A Quest representative will contact you to discuss scheduling, logistics and payment.

A properly executed and approved customer purchase order must be received 10 business days prior to the class date unless otherwise agreed.  Invoices will be e-mailed after training is completed.
