Public Classes | Taught in a Quest classroom or a virtual classroom, public classes bring students from multiple organizations together to share experiences and challenges as they learn about Quest products. For companies with only one to two students who require training, this is a cost-effective solution that exposes students to ways that Quest products are used in other organizations. How to Enroll Via the web site: Locate the class in the schedules for Applications Management, Database Management and Windows Management, and select the associated “Register” button. A registration form will appear. Although you are asked to specify whether you will pay by credit card or purchase order, detailed information is not required at time of registration. When you have completed the form, click “Submit”. A Quest representative will contact you to obtain the necessary credit card or purchase order information to complete your enrollment. - You are responsible for your own travel and living expenses, if applicable
Via the Quest Virtual Classroom - Classes are delivered live via web and phone conferencing
- You must have high-speed internet connection and be able to call toll-free numbers
- You connect to the Virtual Classroom individually from your location and/or as a group in a training room
- Equipment required for hands-on labs is provided by Quest and is accessed using web conferencing technology
- Class is limited to eight students unless stated otherwise.
FeesPublic class fees published on the web site are on a per-student basis. If you attend at a Quest classroom, are responsible for your own travel and living expenses. Class fees are subject to change without notice. Guaranteed Class SessionsPublic class sessions may be canceled if the minimum enrollment is not met. Class sessions identified on this web site as “Guaranteed” will be held even if the minimum enrollment is not met. This allows you to register for guaranteed sessions with confidence. Public Class Confirmation PolicyRegistration for private classes is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation e-mail from Quest Software. Confirmation e-mails are typically sent within seven business days of the class request. Confirmations can also be requested by e-mailing training@quest.com. Public Class Cancellation PolicyClasses may be canceled if the minimum enrollment is not met. Quest Software reserves the right to change or cancel classes up to 10 business days prior to the class start date. Every effort will be made to reschedule students to the next available class date. Student cancellation can be requested at any time. Cancellation requests received fewer than 10 business days from the class start date are non-refundable.
